Witch Race

Finally it's finished. This picture is a month and a half late. This picture was meant to be for Halloween but now it's for Christmas, i guess XD. Either way i have been procrastinating for way to long.

The contents of the picture is pretty random again like the rest of my pictures. I'm not extremely happy with the final product because it's quite random. I also over used the dodge tool again..-_-;.
